Telenor – Mahasangram – Awards Night

To host the awards night of Telenor Mahasangram, Avant Eventz designed an unconventional event at contemporary lawns. For a new spin on “battle”, we created a fort by transforming the convention lawns, where we created the set of a fort and displayed the live size cut-outs of the zonal managers and the management committee. This was enhanced by adding rose petals and charismatic lanterns. The event began with a traditional Kuchipudi dance and. The employees were honored with awards for their outstanding performance. To add to the theme, we also had teammates performing a skit, “Maharaja Style”. We then gave away the outstanding performance trophy to the AP & Telangana team for top sales in Quarter three. The after-party continued with the latest EDM tracks and a lovely cocktail dinner.
