At the outset of the annual celebration for LiquidHub, Avant Eventz was hired for the second time to plan the annual family day for the employees. With a few changes in the organization’s management and repositioning of the brand as a digital expert, the company has redesigned itself.
The brand logo derived with the usage of two-infinity integration within to form endless possibilities of digital and technical expertise.
The event conceptualized around the brand message of endless possibilities; the strength of Digital + Technical Expertise. We created the set to be an infinity symbol accompanied by the logo. A photo-booth made with mirrors, which reflect the multiple images of a single person; and in turn, it connects with the brand as endless reflections.
With the traditional practice event began with Cultural Performance, Directors Speech, Dance, Singing, Instrumental Band, and live music. Employees rewarded for their long-term association with the organization, and pre-event winners recognized with trophies.
Exceptional performance by one of the employees who sang in both male and female accent, it was the signature performance for the night, and it mesmerized the whole audience.
