It was the time when people were celebrating the New Year and thinking about their resolutions. On the other hand we had TATA Group, which is one of the biggest group of companies in India were discussing about the global trends impacting the sustainability of the world and COP 21 in Paris.

We had this wonderful conclave with delegates around the world and participant from the UN.

Avant was hired to manage the event keeping the sustainability factor in mind. The event was a two-day conclave and set up had branding done on canvas unlike plastic and also we had used Jute bags as the delegate kits.

We also had a videoconference by Dr. Mukund Rajan who couldn't attend the conclave. Just to make it right we had used the technology so that he could address the delegates on the subject.
